Properties must be signed up for an Auction campaign on a Black Group Realty Ltd. Agency Agreement and the auction held prior to 10 April 2020. The marketing calendar is a guide only - as long as agency agreement is dated between 24 Feb and 15 March 2020 and auction prior to 10 April 2020 (Easter weekend). Marketing to the value of $3,221.05 - as per budget, to be paid for by Black Group Realty Ltd. Marketing to be paid by the vendor in the event the property doesn’t sell during the term of the agency agreement. The LIM report and any additional marketing are to be paid for by the vendor.
